Twenty-five (25) years as an entrepreneur, woman-owned business and eighty-five (85) years combined experience, we have merged those years of knowledge and expertise into our goal of Downtown Revitalization.
Like most of you, we were raised in small town America. Places that were once thriving communities. Places where bright minds & families excelled. Upon high school graduations, some chose to stay. Some chose to leave. Some chose to never return. For whatever the reason why, small town America has suffered-until now.
We believe you can go home again. We believe you can have a “sense of place”. We believe you can make an impact on your community. We believe our small town America can thrive again. We believe that time is now.
Our process proactively engages and unifies key stakeholders within a town, leadership and its constituents to ensure there is a unified vision to drive future growth, revitalization and designing an action plan on how to get there. We work collaboratively with municipal leaders, businesses, organizations and residents to articulate and shape their own uniquely positioned vision.
Most importantly we are there to implement and facilitate the common vision, creating new investment opportunities, identifying potential private and public investors, strategies for repurposing vacant properties, attracting new businesses and industries to drive new jobs creation.
